Join us for a dynamic morning starting at 10:00 AM with an opening ceremony at Kinatex Vieux Montréal (421 Rue Saint-Jacques, Montréal, QC H2Y 1N9). Enjoy presentations on body posture and injury prevention in the workplace by Kinatex followed by discussions about Asian identity in Montreal and overcoming professional and personal challenges by Clinique Allegria. Following the presentations, there will be a networking session where you can connect with fellow attendees over snacks and cold brew coffee.
At 12:30 PM, we will move to B.Cycle (601 Rue De la Gauchetière O, Montréal, QC H3B 2M8) for an invigorating spinning class to the beats of throwback R&B/hip-hop/pop music from the 2000s and 2010s.
Spaces are limited to 40 people for the opening ceremony and 30 people for the spinning class. Snacks and coffee will be provided!.
