President
It is with enthusiasm that I take on the role of President for the 2025-2026 term alongside brilliant colleagues. Under my leadership, confidence will be the guiding principle of my program, with three main pillars: professional confidence, cultural confidence, and organizational confidence. My goal is to build on the achievements of my predecessors and strengthen YCPA’s purpose as a lever for professional growth, by providing tools and resources to help its members develop.
Before assuming the role of president, I was the secretary for the 2023-2024 mandate and a member of the communications committee in the previous term. These experiences allowed me to strengthen my skills in project management and communication. This also gave me an overview of the different YCPA initiatives, allowing me to get actively involved in major projects.
As secretary, I handled the administrative tasks within YCPA as well as organizing events such as the YCPA Culinaire which generated a profit and to participate in the creation of the visual materials for the 2024 Orchid Ball all of which have enriched my ability to work collaboratively and to manage complex projects. Additionally, I also had the honor of securing a first sponsorship with Pratt & Whitney, expanding our network of partners in the aerospace industry.
Looking forward, I want to continue to strengthen the continuous learning environment within the YCPA, providing members with new opportunities for personal and professional development. I am convinced that the YCPA is a flexible organization capable of adapting to become a flagship place where people can flourish through mutual aid and collaboration. With my experience, I am ready to take on increased responsibilities and contribute more to the future success of our organization.
