Vice President
My name is Xiao Wen Zhang, and I am honored to serve as Vice President for the 2025-2026 term.
I hold degrees in Civil Law and Common Law from the University of Montreal and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2022. I currently practice corporate and commercial law at DS Lawyers, an international law firm.
Since joining YCPA, I have been deeply committed to advancing the organization’s mission. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to impactful initiatives such as organizing the Orchid Ball, and helping to establish the YCPA Legal Clinic. These experiences have solidified my dedication to empowering young Asian professionals of Montreal and fostering a strong, connected community.
As Vice President, my goal is to strengthen, expand, and innovate the platform our predecessors built. I aim to create more opportunities for members to connect with peers and mentors across industries, explore pathways for personal and professional growth, and build lasting relationships that will support them throughout their careers. Giving back to my community remains at the heart of my work, and I am committed to creating a vibrant, inclusive environment that inspires success and empowers future generations to thrive.
