In partnership with Live With Hu, a guided wellness practice, YCPA invites you to a 60-minute live session with facilitator Dié Hu, who will walk us through a practical method to quiet mental noise, break the cycle of stress, and think more clearly through guided journaling and a short meditation. No experience needed: just bring something on your mind, a pen, and a notebook.
